I have gone to this store hundreds of times and have never received such horrible customer service as I have today. I went in and asked for a pallet of wood pellets and the cashier Jennifer didn't want to assist me because I was Hispanic. I then proceeded to tell her again what I needed and she just kept giving me attitude. Please have a talk with this lady.

I had to make a 2nd trip to the store to find a battery & charger that was NOT included on an earlier trip (same day). I received help from 3 separate employees all stopping to help me find the rechargeable battery that wasn't where the computer said it was. Paul, Matthew and Rob didn't stop until the item was located. Thank you, Paul, Rob and Matthew! Great determination!

Tehachapi THD is a very welcoming store to shop by. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, from finding to loading the items we need.

Went looking for new refrig. and wasn't rushed by Frances and other store associates were very friendly.

I bought my home a month and a half ago. Before I unpack, I decided I wanted to change a few things; floor, kitchen cabinets, and maybe a kitchen remodel. Home Depot employees in appliances went above and beyond in helping me transition to Tehachapi, but the ease of creating appointments for my home needs. I love Home Depot! I love their employees! Lisbeth, Amber, Chris (a young guy), and Mail. I love these employees!!

I recently placed a special order with Adriana at the Pro Desk in the Tehachapi store. Adriana was very professional and quickly worked through the process to get me on my way as soon as possible.

This morning I had the best experience at the Tehachapi Home Depot. The cashier Cheryl was not only friendly and kind but she had jokes. I think I liked that best about her. She was upbeat and smiley. She made all the difference in my experience while there. She’s a gem! Keep her around you need employees like that. 😊

This Home Depot nearly always has what I need when I go to the store.

Wish the lady at self check out was a little more professional and friendly, she was rude when asking a simple question at the selk checkout line. if they dont want to assist, they should open more regular registers so they dont need to be bothered with helping customers.

The employee Dolfe was very helpful with my shopping needs and always had a smile on her face.

Over the last few months I have purchased lumber, paint and all manner of supplies necessary to build my wedding arch. The quality of these products has been fantastic.

Asked for a small favour and James the assistant Manager bent over backwards to help.

This Home Depot has the most efficient and helpful and friendliest team of women and men. They have helped me in so many ways, wether it's finding the right plumbing and electrical part, or recieving good advice on paint. The folks at the Pro Desk are such stellar people. They have the inside track to customer service, and information. I've ordered from them before, and they hit the nail on the head. Also, the cashiers make my transaction go through smoothly, and with a smile. I truly appreciate all the workers at this Home Depot, and am grateful for each time I go there, which is at least once a day.

Just want to say that a visit to this store brightens my day because of the excellent, friendly staff. They really are lovely.

Today we bought shower head items and we are always treated so nicely at our Home Depot in fact no matter what Home Depot we go to we are treated great

I bought a twin pack of 18v Ryobi tool batteries on sale and the Ryobi cordless router. Good quality and value for home projects. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful; a good experience for a big store.

She assisted us with are items and they tried to applied my veterans discount but was not able to due to me spending my $400.00 limit for the year in amount spent between $13500-$14,000 for the 2022 year.She helped with my $25.00 coupon to give me a discount. she told me about this contest I did not known about. I think it was Lori.....................

Today went to HD to purchase pellets and they were almost out. Matt was very nice in calling over to gardening to ensure when I return tomorrow for a pallet, they would have plenty. Yup, 17 pallets. Thanks HD, thanks Matt.
