I receive excellent service at this store. The customer service was excellent and I have purchased many items from this store.

This is my favorite Home Depot. Shopping is always easy. Everyone seems to be happy.

I very rarely have had a problem finding someone to help me out in this store. It has a very friendly atmosphere. On my last trip, my cashier, Deborah, made my day with an off hand complement.

I drive pass 3 home depot stores just to shop at the Joppa Rd location, the customer service I superior, Especially Ms. Danna in flooring, Nick, Ms. Veronica and Darryl at the pro desk

The customer services representative that I spoke to Big Read was amazing. I have a Home Depot 3.5 miles from my home. However, they did not have the product that I was looking for. I drove 56 miles to pick up the product. Big Read made sure that the product was available. I order the product on line twice on line because of Big Read. Because of the Big Read, Home Depot #2504 Parkville will be my primary store.

If you need assistance please find Mz. JoJo or Jada at customer service. They will square you away and treat you like the only person in the world.

We went in looking for a specific item and DJ was there to help. He helped in the store and then helped to get it on the truck. Super friendly and helpful!!! He helped to make shopping on a busy Saturday afternoon easy!!!

I purchased 2 bags that were labeled pine bark nuggets (not mini-nuggets), but both contained pine bark dust with no nuggets. In fact viewing all of the bags later on the rack showed they all had shredded mulch with maybe a tiny portion of bark pieces. This was a fake product. Very sad that the store would push this junk.

The store employees were very helpful in assisting me to find materials/equipment I needed. During my visit they had products for safety to help stay free from germs from Covid-19 such as masks and hand sanitizers upon entering the store. I did not have to search for these needed items. The products were in great quantities and not limited to just two items per household.

I had a return, a light fixture that was shipped broken. I went to exchange it and told the cashier three times to EXCHANGE. She, in turn, processed a RETURN and credited the amount to my bank card. She said it would take over a week to hit my card. That was a problem because I had a contractor scheduled to hang the fixture the next day. Her manager was right there when she did it. When I told her "I told you I wanted to EXCHANGE", she said I can't reverse it...WHAT?!!! I received horrible customer service. The website said there was a fixture there in the store. When I got there I was told there was not. Yet, nobody offered to check another store. The level of service was horrible. The cashier rushed me because it was the end of her shift. Thanks for nothing. I will NEVER go to that store again!

We bypass one Home Depot and another hardware store to go to this Home Depot. I have always encountered friendly employees, I am asked if I need help about 80% of the time and someone to help is always able to be found for the other 20% of the time. Most of the time, one can find a knowledgeable person in a department. The lumber department is hardest to find help but they are kept pretty busy with contractors. If you are persistent, one can still find help in lumber There are two exception and the first lies with management. Once I came to plumbing and the employee had no idea what I needed and told me he had to go get the guy knowledgeable with plumbing out of the lighting department. WHAT? Why on earth would you put the knowledgeable guy in a different department and have another not so knowledgeable person take his place? That makes TWO departments without knowledgeable people. This encounter was an exception. Usually, the guy in plumbing is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly. The second exception is the lumber. I think they must leave the lumber out in the elements before bringing it into the store as a large quantity is moist and warped. If I can, I usually bypass Home Depot for other places if shopping for lumber other than sheets of wood or decorative , specialty lumber

Location is convenient and the selection/choices are always plentiful. I have always met capable and friendly staff there.

Sandra in customer service was awesome. Warren in windows and doors was also awesome both should be in a management position with a pay increase.

WALKED IN AT CLOSING AND IN CRISIS MODE! I NEEDED A TOILET RIGHT THEN AND THERE. THE MANAGER ALLOWED ME IN AND A VERY PLEASANT AND UNDERSTANDING SALESPERSON ASSISTED ME. I DIDN'T KNOW WHICH ONE TO GET, SO HE SPOKE WITH MY SON BY CELL AND ASWERED AND ASKED QUESTIONS AND I WALKED OUT WITH A BRAND NEW TOILET!! MANAGER COULD HAVE VERY EASILY HAVE SAID THAT THEY WERE CLOSED BUT DIDN'T. SALESPERSON WHO ASSISTED ME, BY THE END OF HIS SHIFT, WAS STILL PLEASANT AND SHOWED NOT BEING BOTHERED BY A "LATE COMER." BECAUSE OF THEM, MY CRISIS ENDED WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE AND I COULD BREATHE! THANK YOU!!

The employees known as Bob and Sandra are outstanding. Bob is smart, patient, and knowledgeable. Always clean and well mannered. He could be the Company CEO. Sandra excels at every position in which she performs. I have been buying at this store since it opened. She has been there the whole time (I think) and outshines everyone around her. She always knows what to do in every situation. You get twice the production from her compared to the other women.

I placed an online order and went to the store to pick it up. When I arrived, my order was on a cart already. Great job on that. However, everything on my cart was damaged. The door that I ordered was busted off of the frame. The roll of fence was mangled. The box of nails was split open and scotch taped together. The paslode gun looked like it was dropped down a flight of stairs. Seriously, would the employees that filled this order buy the obviously damaged products that were on my cart? It was pathetic. I returned half of my order, TWICE. The first transaction didn’t give me back my full refund. Steer clear of this store.

Wayne Wiggins, in the door dept, went out of his way to put me at ease, get me a good product and most importantly, the correct product for the job! I will be coming back in a few months to order my next set of doors!

Excellent customer service with gusto. The store was well stocked and clean. I had no trouble finding what I needed as I was offered help each time. Home Depot locations vary tremendously. Just as an example the Joppa Road location in Parkville is amazing. The HD on Patterson off Reisterstown Road should be shut down permanently. It is the exact opposite of the Parkville location. I would be happy to discuss the Patterson location with anyone from corporate who'd care to listen.
