If you want one of those "back in the day" shopping experiences, Home Depot is the place to be. They have colleagues on the floor ready to assist you, and they have live people on the cash registers to check you out. No, need for you to work for free by checking yourself out! Knowledgeable and friendly service too! Always a smiling face!

I don’t even live near the Towson store, but prefer to always shop at the store, because I have found the professionalism and the attitude at this store exceeds all other Home Depot’s in the area. Enough said!

I received amazing customer service from Sandra and Marc Anthony. Sandra had to jump through a lot of hoops to get my account corrected. She did it with patience and a pleasant smile. And Marc Anthony did the work of 2 men when he had to bring 4 different 10foot countertops to the service desk before finding one that was acceptable. Both earned my respect and deserve praise for their amazing customer service.

I bought 2 rollershades for my Aunt who has been on my case to purchase new ones!

I called ahead looking for several Christmas items, and spoke to a KIND, PATIENT, and KNOWLEDGEABLE employee in the Lawn and Garden Department. I chose to go immediately to this store, even though it was late at night and I was ready for bed. The Christmas Display Area was beautiful, well stocked, and neatly organized.

Always find what I need at the Towson Home Depot. The staff is always helpful, respectful and upbeat!

I was doing a creative project on my backsplash in my kitchen. Farrah helped me and explained what I needed and how to do it. It was great. Tammy at the cashiers desk was great as well.

I would like to give kudos to Lester who works in the exterior door department he helped me finalize my sale ,now I know I hadn't made a mistake.

When I come into your store to return something I wish I didn't get treated like I was returning stolen property! There is one lady in particular that seems to be on a power trip when it comes to this! I won't say her name, but she needs to be sat down and told to not treat every customer like they stole what they are returning!!!!

I have had many major remodeling projects done over the years to my houses & rental property. I always find what I need at this Home Depot & the quality & prices are amazing. The staff are always friendly & helpful.

I had a hard time finding floor register grates so I walked up to the three African American employees that were talking together and asked for help. One person said to look in isle 5. Then they continued to talk. At least they were not on their cellphones!

Purchased a $900 dryer from Home Depot on Joppa Rd. Worse experience ever. Dry was deliver and they were unable to hook it up. So conveniently the driver and his assistant for got how to speak English and carried on a conversation about me in Spanish. They left angry because I would not sign off didn’t leave my manual or my hose and when I called him back he hung up on me and the store wasn’t much help either. Called the store and they left me on hold. So after wasting my entire morning I had to drive to the to purchase the thinks my husband will need to hook up the dryer or wait for them to return with my hose and manual. Will say the young land did print me out a manual only thing they did right considering I had to waste my gas.

Being that I live close, I frequent this store often. The staff are nice and willing to assist. I have yet to have a bad experience at this location.

I purchased everything for my bathroom remodel, Including tub, toilet, hardware, flooring, shower tile, & more. I saved money on every single item I purchased. I had just left another Home Depot location, where they never acknowledged I was there. They don't want us writing about customer service, but The Excellent customer service at the Parkville location was the reason why I did purchase everything. If they hadn't taken the time to explain everything as well as show such caring and kindness, I would have went else where.. I never purchase anything from anyone, if I can't at least get a Hello from a employee. Some company's and owners of co's actually care about that. Please shop at this location. they are Great!

This Home Depot believes in Customer Service ! Most Employees will take the time to assist Customers with their needs: take you to a product, explain how it works, order if out of stock, etc.

The hardware aisle has been improved 1000%. All items were in stock and in their correct locations. Salespeople were great and knowledgeable.
