I was surprised people here are different. I remember being here before and never i felt cared and given importance until now. Sam and the cashier and the PRO staff and even the Supervisor really helped me.

I brought my washer this month and can’t wait to try this new washer

Horrible customer service during slow time in store.

I had a rude experience in the flooring department. The AA woman with the large bun on top was rude. However, Shawn was called and he answered my questions and concerns and recommended a better solution to my problem. Thank you Shawn for your assistance.

I purchased multiple products from Home depot, for a recent renovation in Towson, the staff was very helpful and friendly during this visit. The staff also seemed very knowledgeable on the last few visits, which I appreciated.

Young woman at customer service desk went above and beyond to help me find the item I needed. She actually got a ladder and pulled the box from the overhead storage. I’m extremely appreciative of the extra effort!!

The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I recommend the Towson to anyone.

I purchased cleaning products and bathroom supplies.

Everyone was very polite but the lumber delivery policy needs reviewed as they only deliver boards that are chosen from the warehouse and not the ones the customer chose.

I needed assistance for my purchase. The customer service rep and the staff member who assisted me were professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

My wife and I interacted with two of your Associates and both times we were well pleased with the service. (We were there between 3:20 and 3:50 on August 27th.) . The first was at order pickup. Kevin was personable, efficient AND pronounced our name correctly on the first try. He also took the time to help me check the order and was genuinely interested in the contents. . The second was in the "patio" area in the front of the store. The gentleman, unfortunately I don't remember his name, helped my wife take a collapsible chair out of the bag and set it up. After we tried it out, he helped put the chair back in the carrying case showing us how to do it. Like Kevin, he was interested and unrushed.

I was in the self checkout line and needed assistance using my credit without having the card on my person. Not only was Jolly Jo pleasant, she was patient and determined to help me complete my transaction. That was such a wonderful experience and she truly brightened my day as well. What an uplifting spirit!!!!

Also the garden sprays were very plentiful and prices were comparable to other stores.

Love the store always someone asking if they can help ,one day I was there and the manager helped me check out ,he is a very nice guy and considered due to problems I had with my eye site.. Thanks

If people would learn some decorum when they’re out of public, and they stopped robbing the store, the amount of crap. I see people try to pull in the return aisle is ridiculous. The store has to react to the society we are forced to live in.

I love shopping at this Home Depot location because it is close to my home and they seem to always have what I need and the staff us very courteous and helpful.

I needed some hardwood for a home project, and checking online I found that Home Depot carries a wide variety of hardwoods. At my local store I found exactly what I wanted, at the right price.

I love coming to this home depor location! THEY HAVE ALL THE THINGS I LIKE! IM LIKE A KID IN THERE!

Staff goes out of their way to make sure you get the best experience. All have been helpful but especially Bob Tucci and recently, Krevon in Garden

had to go to the next store because the one closest to me did not carry what i wanted...got what i wanted in under 2 minutes,,,,25 minutes to get out of store...plenty of employees, only 1 cashier

I bought 3 appliances, and my salesperson showed me different options and described each. She wrote up and explained my order in detail. She was really patient when I asked A LOT of questions. The next day I needed to change part of my order. The same person helped me again, explained new information and re-wrote my order. She called someone with electrical experience over to answer my additional questions. Great experience!

We were just in Home Depot picking up soil and some plants. It took less than 5 minutes for us to get checked out. Marissa was incredibly efficient, helpful and friendly with checking out and William Young was very helpful to us as well as he unloaded our handheld cart to our car and he was very soft spoken professional and very friendly. He should get employee of the month

This is one store/Home Depot that was in my view phenomenal! I mean from the time I even walked in the store staff greeted me and in the aisles and even Giselle at the register
