This is becoming the worst shopping experience of all times. The staff are rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. The store is cluttered, stock is everywhere making navigation difficult. Checkout takes way too long

I come in this store a lot . The staff are pleasant and accommodating. Yesterday Debbie and another lady with blonde hair and glasses made my day . Great customer service . Beware of Tina in customer service . She is rude and looks down on customers . She wasn’t helpful with printing my shopping pass so I can finish my purchase . She acted like she could care less until her manager Debbie came over and resolved the issue in 2 mins . Them after the issue she wanted me to go to the checkout with over 3 carts to re ring my items . As if I wasn’t already late for work after being there for over an hour . However my original cashier was so helpful she already reprinted my receipt and when I was trying to show Tina she dismissed me until Debbie told her to use the receipt and cash me out . Im very grateful for the manager and other staff . Tina on the other hand needs to be retrained in empathy , customer service and courtesy.

Its good to see some of the old staff there and service seems to be doing well.

Customer service reps do everything they can to solve issues.

My ordeal was with special order fencing. Go to 84 lumber next time.

I bought some bins ,bubble wrap ,packing tape and sushi soap. I also asked a question in the paint department and bout paint for a tub repair. The staff was helpful,kind and knowledgeable. They went out of their way ro be helpful. I will definitely shop there again. The ataff

The customer service I received was not acceptable. I just wanted to get some wire by the foot. It was 15 minutes before I could get someone to help me with my purchase

Mike, who I believe typically works in Customer Service, is always incredibly helpful—and I actually look for him whenever I visit the store. On this particular trip, I was only planning to purchase lightbulbs, but Mike’s exceptional service and genuine interest in helping customers led me to Joey, and I ended up making a purchase of over $100 thanks to their assistance. My friend, who had previously stopped shopping at this Home Depot, was so impressed by Mike’s willingness to help—especially with something outside of his own department—that she said she would be returning as well. Kudos to Mike and Joey for going above and beyond. We sincerely thank them both for their excellent service!

I bought some painting tools and some paints for my house painting project. This time I forgot to take the Home Depot credit card with me and I wanted to use the coupon and Pro Xtra dollar rewards. The manager and employees at Parkville location are very kind to help me and they are knowledgeable and always ready to help. I’m definitely coming back!

Worked with 2 supervisors named Mike and Devyn, both were extremely friendly and efficient at helping my request.

This store (even though it's somewhat small) has Everything I needed. The salespeople are very good and friendly.

The store had only two options available: pay about $4 for 2 picture hangers rated at not more than 30 pounds and their hooks and nails were too small, or pay more than $12 for an entire kit to get 2 picture hangers that would work plus other components and devices that are of no current or foreseeable use or value and occupy valuable storage space. That transaction offset any savings from shopping at this store over the past few years. The next closest Home Depot is far worse and probably the worst in the tri-state area.

Our sales person, nick named Jolly Jo was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, professional, polite and quickly and pleasantly took care of us. She is great!

The Home Depot in Parkville carries all of my favorite brands and is always well stocked. The associates are knowledgeable, courteous and professional!

I was in search of hardware to hang some matchstick shades. Their employee Victor was extremely helpful. He was patient as he listened to my questions and answered them with great expertise.

I went into buy an outdoor gril. The lady who was ringing up the sale never said one world to me and barely answered my questions. It was as if I was bothering her. This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had had. I’ll never return to the Towson MD store!!

Convenient neighborhood store with friendly service. This location has tool rentals. This is one of Home Depot's older stores so a bit smaller than many with less selection than larger locations.

I experienced friendly and helpful service from Deyvon - he was very knowledgeable and quick to help. Made my trip quick.

It is rare for me to receive such excellent customer service that inspires me to write a review, but after my experience at the Parkville Home Depot, I needed to give a few shout-outs. Mike C and DJ are INCREDIBLE. There was nothing that they didn't help me with, no problem too big. They literally spent 4 hours trying to solve a very difficult problem for me and I am incredibly grateful to them. I go out of my way now to go to that Home Depot (even though there is one much closer to me) just so they can help me. They are that good! Another shout-out goes to Debbie, one of the managers in the store. She came in and took are of the things that DJ and Mike weren't able to do based on their roles. I hope some in the exec management is reading this and appreciates the hidden gems in this location.

Not allowing the veterans discount will discourage vets. Poor business when I can use it for $10 nails but not $1000 range.
