I needed help matching a textured swirl pattern on the ceiling that was done many years ago in this older home I am fixing up. Greg in paints explained to me how plasters and painters accomplished that years ago. With what he told me I think I will have no problem making the repair and matching everything up. Then Kim took me around the store and we found all the supplies I needed to do the job. with all of their help I was in and out of the store and on my way! Thanks again

Associates typically ask if they can be of assistance. This evening we were able to find the desired items much faster with their assistance.

My experience with the Home Depot was a very positive one because of my cashier Audrey. She was upbeat and very helpful. I had one other experience with another associate named Jamie who seemed aggravated that I asked him a question and then ignored me and walked away without giving me an answer. Audrey stepped in and helped me find what I was looking for. She was great.

The store associates were very helpful with all our questions. Also I took a how to project class in the store. The associate was great in helping me to understand the how to the project. I feel I can tackle the job.

No matter what aisle I was in I had an associate asking me if I needed help. Everyone was pleasant and helped me find what I needed. It was so refreshing to shop in a store that puts customer service at the top of the priority list!

The great selection of different types and brands of kitchen and bath remodel supplies was good. The kitchen and bath design consultant was extremely knowledgeable in the process of layout and design using different products.

We have not shopped at Home Depot for a few years. We went in and re-opened our account and every staff member treated us in an exceptional manner today. It took only a few minutes for the sales associate to help us with our list. The greeter was very courteous and Lindsay our checker was both sweet and kind to us. The store was spotless and the prices were perfect. In other words... "Morning or Night, Always Right: It's Home Depot for Me!!!

This store is awesome, the employees are very nice and go out of there way to help you, they don't act like its a problem like other stores I've been to. Very clean store. Easy to find products and your in and out quickly. No waiting in lines. Won't shop anywhere else. Nice store !!

I have to run to The Home Depot for miscellaneous supplies for our facility, on average, 2-3 times a week. Many of the associates recognize me, especially those at the Pro Desk. They always go above and beyond to assist me in finding the items I need. They don't just tell me where to find something, they walk with me to make sure I have no questions. If I need advice on something, they either have the knowledge or they will find the answer. I know when I walk in there, I'll have a good shopping experience.

I needed some lumber for a small project. and decided i would use a compsite 2x4. but couldnt find it. i saw a sales associate and explained i couldnt find it and what i was doing, and he had suggested a different piece of wood. wourked perfect. thanks

The store was in great order, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were pleasant, but not in a superficial way. It seemed like they truly enjoyed their jobs, which is quite uplifting! Though the store was crowded, I did not feel claustrophobic or rushed in any way! This is delightful!

I had a really good experience at the Home Depot located in Valparaiso, IN. Top notch service and friendly staff really set them apart from their competitors. I'd recommend this store for good and friendly service. I believe the associate that helped me was named Edgar and the cashier was an older gentlemen named Dana. Real class acts!
