Went to homedepot to buy patio furniture and we had great customer service from Damon, who went over and beyond to help us, very polite and positive, will be shopping here again for sure!

Most of the people working on the floor or in the aisles and the specialty stuff like floors and that are very good. Recently, like in the last week or so, the pro desk has gone downhill rapidly. I spend about $30k a year there and I rely on people in that role who are helpful and knowledgeable, not unprofessional and don't take it seriously. I'm putting 'YES" below on recommend to a friend, but not if they need the pro desk.

We went to this location to but flooring for a spare room. Not only did they have exactly what I had in mind but the employees are knowledgeable about the products and patient during the selection and buying process.

The staff at this store make the difference. All the big box stores are roughly the same, so it's the people that work there that set them apart. If you're anywhere in the Valpo area I would highly recommend using this store

I have been remodeling my old house at Knox, Indiana a very long time. Joe in lumber I recall was very efficient and helpful so long ago and Sherry at the the paint counter was and remains a high-profile associate with her consistent positive attributes and paint/paint techniques.

everything was well stocked,store was clean,help was friendly,especially my cashier.

I bought a new dishwasher. We looked on line to verify exactly what we wanted. The item was in the store and available to be delivered and installed within 5 days. This was not the case with other stores in the area. The sales clerks are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We have bought all of our appliances from them and we are very satisfied with them. We will go to Home Depot in Valparaiso first before going anywhere else.

I shopped three times during Thanksgiving/black Friday week and found the staff especially friendly and very helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. Every associate I encountered offered assistance. Highly recommend the Valpo Home Depot.

I could say enough on the Custer service that was fantastic. I came in there to buy a Weber Grill and got exactly what I wanted. The sale person was fantastic and helped load the grill in my truck and secure it for the ride homr.

This Valparaiso Home Depot location provides very good customer service and the associates are knowledgeable. We bought paint and the young lady in the paint department was extremely knowledgeable of the product, and which product would best meet our needs. We were in the store on a very busy Saturday. I asked random associates for help as well and they stopped immediately and provided help. Our self-check out associate was very helpful as well.

I Bought two Husky 72" sliding drawer work benches and I was very impressed with the quality.

I purchased a delta faucet and I always shop at Home Depot , Valparaiso store is so neat and clean , friendly employed

I’m at the Valpo store nearly 4 days a week and while I do visit other stores in the region this prodesk team is by far the most knowledgeable, attentive and all around engaging group I’ve seen. Ms. Patricia and her team make my shopping experience well worth the trip!

I have had to buy 2 new appliances in the past month. The 2 employees who helped me with the purchases were very helpful and willing to answer my questions and help me with getting my orders completed.

I like HD better than most big box stores because they carry a few items that are different than you can get at most (from tile to light fixtures to...)

From the moment I walked through the doors, to the service desk, to the store employees, to the checkout process everything was great! Employees visible and ready to help. I didn't have to wander through the aisles trying to find someone. Friendly and helpful employees made for a quick and positive experience. Well done!

Laurie, our cashier tonight really made an impression. My Veteran's discount was not working, but she jumped right in and swiped the code for me then showed me how to activate it in the future. She did not have to do this and I really appreciate it as the discount was the reason we went to Home Depot.
