I came in to buy a John Deere zero turn mower that was on sale. I called in ahead of time to ensure it was still there. Joseph was so incredibly helpful. He had such a great attitude even when they were about to close soon. He went out of his way to be helpful and ensure I got the benefits I was looking for. He didn’t hesitate to pick up the phone and ensure I was qualified for the 0% financing option for 24 months. People like him are the reason I’ll be back. Thank you Joseph for providing a great experience and being willing to help with a great attitude.

If you’re looking for some serious help in remodeling a kitchen I’d highly suggest asking for Patty. Extremely helpful. From start to finish.

Lots of staff. Unfortunately not trained and clueless on where items are. Nice friendly people but lacking knowledge. It appears to be that Management is failing to train and support the many staff.

James who helped book my bathroom remodel consultation was great, beyond fantastic. Every other associate looked / talked/ and acted like they wanted to jump off the building. The expertise around the isles is awful.

In Valporaiso, Indiana Store, the pro desk in the past has been very hopeful, getting countertops and various Pro items ordered. However, the last two houses I’ve done the first one the girl put it in the kitchen countertop in as a bath vanity and so we were a week and a half late getting the house done because They never came to do the kitchen and then I just ordered the kitchen done and had to go into the store to get them to bring it up so I could pay for it instead of them calling me and telling me that it was ready to be paid for and ordered. When I went in both the people behind the Pro desk are talking it up with somebody on the opposite side of the desk and not paying any attention to the customers. It was a very frustrating experience. I may stop ordering cabinet And countertops from this store.

Wanted several bags of mulch. No one ever came to load up. We had to do it ourselves. Had issues at this store before with unfriendly clerks.

Every time I come to this home depot it is clean employees are all very nice never a bad visit

We love this Valparaiso store. Everyone here is always so helpful and friendly. We needed a lot of help since we moved here last year.

This store has always been good. I get help when I need it. This Home Depot is my go to. Seems to be good people working here.

Bought materials, very heavy. Checkout card reader not functioning properly, staff moved purchase and helped load after sending me to self checkout to pay. Not ideal but tried to improve situation

I haven’t received my refrigerator yet but if the delivery people are half as nice as James I’ll consider myself lucky. The evening Manager was also delightful. Joseph was happy to hear his employees were helpful.

Went in to buy a grill and was met with rude and unprofessional employees who did not want to help us. Left and purchased at another location

I bought my flooring recently and some trim. I had someone to install it but it didn't work out. I went to the store and was trying to decide what to do with 50 cases of flooring and trim. The manager took me to the desk, took down the info, looked up the receipts of my purchases, asked about my projects and gave me a flyer with the list of services they have available. It was a very hot day and she even offered me a bottle of cold water. My very frustrated self with hundreds of dollars of materials left with a smile and hope. I have an appointment for an installer to come measure. As Arnold would say "I'll be back"

Do not use this crooks They lie and misrepresent, they say that they are the only ones that can install these And they are $7,000 more expensive then the people I used

I was looking for something with a long pole to clean my windows with and found the perfect item for the job. It should work out well!

I was looking for a wallpaper solution. Mallory was AWESOME. She suggested a vinyl floor product that will look way better than wallpaper as an accent. VERY happy with the helpfulness and enthusiasm for my project!!

We have been building a new house and Home Depot has been great for all our needs. From going there personally or having items delivered, it is always pleasant and effortless to get what is needed.

Katie and Makayla at the front desk were fantastic and knowledgeable. They made good small talk while helping and shared a few laughs. Very thoughtful and felt they cared about their jobs.

Employees were rude and most wouldn't take time to help.

Third time I've gone to the store and been ignored by associates who were walking in the store or outdoor in the garden section. This time one associate, after asked, called someone to help me in buying a sink. The "help" never showed. (Didn't buy it.) This service was even worse than their Valparaiso competition. This is a shame, because the Valparaiso Home Depot used to be outstanding.

I had a Weber grill delivered today that I bought last Sunday. They were supposed to call me 30 minutes prior to their arrival, as I requested to sign for the delivery due to not wanting it left outside. I came home to find the grill at my front porch, no phone call, then when I received an email saying it was delivered, they scribbled my signature as if I had signed for the delivery. Very poor poor experience. Would have me questioning if I would ever purchase anything from Home Depot again.

I enjoy Home Depot, the store is nice and clean and well stocked. We will not go anywhere else for carpet. It's a very easy process and the people are great and we love the installers they use for installing the carpet. Nice and friendly. Also just had 2 doors I stalked last October. Again purchasing was easy and the people in the door section very honest and knowledgeable. The installers were great, very professional. Thank you!
