Great local store that is close to my house. Have went to this store many times to buy items that I need. I really enjoy ordering online then picking up at store or having delivered to the house. Team members are very friendly and easy to get the help I need when I am there.

I have been a Home Depot shopper for decades. If I have an idea, Home Depot has a way for me to make it come true. Their products give a fresh look to whatever project you have in mind, their employees are so helpful with so many suggestions on ways to help you find a way to make it happen.

If you are in need of advise for the lawn and garden department. Ask for Jamie, she was extremely helpful in assisting me with my project. She was very knowledgeable and very kind.

I was purchasing supplies for a small kitchen floor job and associates assisted with product location, loading of vinyl floor tile and someone even assisted loading my entire purchase into my car.

Due to the excellent service at Home Depot in West Mifflin, PA, I prefer to make the 1/2 hour drive here versus going to a competitor store that is 5-10 minutes from my home. At Home Depot I don’t have to make a long search for employees for assistance, and they are knowledgeable unlike what I’ve run into elsewhere. Today for example even though did not have the precut pressure treated lumber I wanted out on the rack, employee Julian accurately cut the sections I needed.

This was an amazing experience for my family and myself. We were helped by Bob in appliances and we could not have been happier. He was knowledgeable, patient and very pleasant to work with. We will come back to this store for sure just because of this experience. Thank you so much for your help.

Needed to purchase a new refrigerator. The employee we dealt with very approachable,friendly, knowledgeable about the product we were interested in, and efficient in assisting with the order process. The estimated delivery date we were given was accurate. All went smoothly with delivery and install. Communication was perfect and gave accurate time frames and what to expect. Service was exactly how it should be

I was looking for a particular dehumidifier I saw online and the wrong one was in its place on the shelf. I asked an employee for help and he confirmed the one on the shelf was incorrect and proceeded to locate the item in a different area of the store. It was high up on a pallet so he brought in another employee to use the forklift to get it down for me. He even confirmed that the item # was correct to make sure it was the right product. Very thankful he was able to help me on such a tedious venture.

Usually I shop online at Home Depot, but if I need something rather quickly, the store in West Mifflin, PA is where I go to first. Employees are friendly, knowledgeable and always helps me find what I am looking for.

I purchased granite countertops from home Depot had a fear in good price however the installation was a nightmare it was as worst experience that that I've ever had I paid everything they wanted me to pay and in the end they do not care about how my product looks it was just an awful experience everything about it was awful the installation department made me miss five days of work to get it installed they dropped it and broke the granite twice it took four trips back and forth to my house to get these countertops installed it was a nightmare and nobody in home Depot corporation or management even cares I do not recommend getting nothing installed from home Depot

Purchased 100 pieces of framing lumber. Very helpful and attentive staff. Nice selection of lumber of very nice quality. Easy checkout. Help loading the wood. So convenient to have a truck available to rent for our short haul home.

I was so frustrated in having to purchase a new washer n dryer. Confused on the newer brands and style. But along came Josh the young salesman and he eased my anxiety as he knew all the different functions and was able to help narrow my choices. Thank you Josh....look for him if you are in to purchase a new set, he will get you what you are looking for , all with a polite attitude too. GO JOSH AT WM HOME DEPOT
