Tom in Plumbing saved me $200 at the Bethel Home Depot
I only had to show Tom a picture of my sink problem and within minutes he had found the parts I needed and provided perfect instruction on how to make the repair, including remembering plumber's puddy. With no prior knowledge or skill, I went home and made the necessary repair... see before and after photos. Thank you Tom. Experience the experience
Throughout the year 2022 I have visited this store over 100 times. From refrigerators to washers and dryers and everything else you could imagine in between. I have satisfied my inner soul, my core and my family throughout the journeys that I have taken up Washington Road to see, here and experience the camaraderie between your store employees and a transplant survivor. If my car broke down I would run to your store just to see the employees while buying what my family and our house needs to survive. From management to lawn and garden, customer service, to the people who load mulch and most importantly The honesty that comes from their lips. Thank you

Fantastic customer service
I had some returns from a large project I was working on and the register clerk Linda made the experience terrific. I was there at 6:45 AM and she was extremely pleasant and accommodating. She even made sure that I understood what was being returned and how I would get refunded as I had some issues finding my receipts. She genuinely cared about the service she was providing. High Five Linda!!

New project
We are here at least weekly to buy tools, supplies or to arrange for you to do projects for us. Our latest is a having you install a new kitchen countertop and faucet. Our designer Jasmine was VERY helpful and patient with us. We cannot wait for you to complete project so we can move on to next one. We have hade a number of counter tops installed alo garage doors and entry doors all done correctly and timely.

Clean, Organized, and very friendly employees.
I went to this Home Depot to get a new refrigerator for my family home. We had such an old and run down refrigerator that I was so glad to get a replacement! We went there and were met with such a clean and organized store, we found exactly what we needed in a short amount of time. We also had the help of a wonderful salesman named Frank. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We got what we wanted and left in an even better mood than we came in. My wife and I were so glad we got someone so helpful and kind to find us the refrigerator that we had wanted.

These clerks were amazing. My Acura remote battery needed to be replaced. They quickly found the size battery, replaced the old one, checked me out and I was in my way. They were great. I will look for them the next time I am in Home Depot.
