Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What's part of The Home Depot Spring Deals sale?

The Home Depot Spring Deals sale is here to help you save even more. Save big on lawn and garden, including mulch, as well as outdoor power equipment. That way, you're prepared to enjoy the greenery and beauty this season. You can also get a jump on DIY projects and spring cleaning by taking advantage of low prices on tools and storage. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from 4/23 through 5/10, so remember to shop before it ends.

Is it important to replace broken chimney caps?

Be confident your home is equipped for springtime weather changes by repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping and home. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If moisture freezes inside the crevices, you might be dealing with damage. On the exterior of your home, examine shingles or metal roofs for damage or rust that may let water in. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to snow and ice storms. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered.

Do you carry wardrobe moving boxes?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Why should I get a generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or hurricanes, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity after the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, keep in mind that inverter generators are more expensive than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

What benefits do doorbell cameras have?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window or peephole when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

What's the project at The Home Depot Kids Workshop in May 2026?

Stop by the Kids Workshop to encourage future builders! Introduce your children to the joys of building with this keepsake box. Constructing a box with a lid that slides on is a great way to sharpen fine motor skills, creativity, and listening abilities. This fun kids' project is happening on May 2nd, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last.
