I went to Home Depot in West Mifflin to look at Vinyl flooring after talking to employee in flooring department I decided to buy and have Home Depot to install over 600sq feet of LP Vinyl floor. They did a fantastic job ordering and installing the floor. The floor looks great and the price was right. I had three estimates from privet contractors and Home Depot gave me the best price and time frame to have the job finished. I would use Home Depot again to have any home improvement job done Thank You Home Depot

Flooring department is a disaster. Spent 6 weeks attempting to get a accurate quote to have flooring installed. First measure quote included $700 for underlayment that was already attached to vinyl plank flooring being purchased. Even store employees questioned cost and they spent 1 + hour on phone attempting to question and couldn't get any resolve. Then told by floor mgr that they would have installer come out to evaluate. They sent another person to measure, not an installer, but at least this one spoke to us and explained that we did NOT need the additional underlayment unlike first one that was rude and only talked to himself. Waited 6 days for new quote-had to call them to ??- that came in $1100 higher for no reason and store employee couldn't figure it out. Called me back 2 days later and said he got quote fixed but I never received it. Called again and he sent screenshot of 5 line items with prices but no detail of just what we'd be getting. I decided to stop in and see if I could get printout of detailed quote. No one in the department so went to service desk to request help. One employee went looking for someone but came back with no one. He then announced it over intercom - 10 mins later I have up. Meanwhile 4 employees behind desk. I went to service desk and ask for my $35 measurement fee back. He didn't bother to call a manager to address my issue. He gave me back a credit and said nothing more. The first person we sat with to request the measure was excellent and actually tried to help us even though he had been moved to Pro Desk and been promoted. I did let him know we quit trying to get the flooring because of the mess. He apologized for the mess. 6 week delay and now I can start over elsewhere. STAY AWAY from Home Depot for flooring installs!

Josh in flooring is extremely helpful and polite even when I kept changing my mind On which flooring I was purchasing and had him running all over the store

My latest visit to the Home Depot was a great experience. Both associates I interacted with were helpful. They had plenty of the product I needed (Red Mulch) and the pricing was good. I will return to the West Mifflin Home Depot soon.

This store is usually well organized but too many times the isles are blocked or unattended equipment such as fork lifts, are left parked in front of shelves so that you cannot get to the merchandise that you want to purchase.

This Home Depot store is my go to store for Home repair, and landscaping and gardening supplies. I've been helped with loading purchases by a very friendly associate named Kenny.

I have never had more attention to my needs anywhere else. We shopped in West Mifflin store and were helped by BILL! HE IS AMAZING! WHAT AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY! My daughter and I spent probably close to an hour with Bill, and he helped us with a smile! Since his store was short of 8 12x12 backsplash, he called the Greensburg store and spoke with Sarah who assured him she had plenty of our specific backsplash. We really appreciated her help as well. We also had excellent service by Mary and Sandy.

THIS PARTICULAR STORE I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE HELP IN YOUR STORE IS NOTHING BUT EXCELLENT. ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND VERY COURTEOUS. THE STORE IS WELL MAINTAINED AND NICE.

This store is always on point. The associates are friendly and helpful. As being a former retail manager,now retired I can identify a well run store. This store is ran by someone who directs and encourages his/her associates to be the best they can be.

This is the best store by far out of all Home Depot’s. Everyone here is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Found White Masks In A Store Aisle That I Did Not Know Had There And Got Them and Purchased Them While There...Price Was $14.99 For 5 Of Them While There and I Keep The White Masks In My Jacket Here And Car Glove Box And Recommend All Others Here Locally To Do As Such Then Here.

Everyone is extremely nice and helpful!

Good inventory, large and clean store.....with a couple exceptions, poor service from a phone call to the store, customer service desk and check out ability to use a promotion.

This store provides some of the worst customer service i have ever received. I placed an order on May 17th to be delivered on May 30th. The day comes and nothing shows up, nor was i informed that my order would not be coming. After tracking down management, they finally confirm that everything has been found for my order and reschedule me for 3 separate deliveries the following week. The first delivery comes, short approx 40 items on a Saturday. The second part of the order shows up on Tuesday as scheduled. The remaining items, not including the missing items from the Saturday, are scheduled to come on Thursday, but never show up. Again there was no call to inform me that my items were not coming. I even spoke the the store a few times throughout the day and was told multiple times that the items are out for delivery and on their way. When speaking to the manager Tim, he informed me that they don't have the missing lumber and that I should just get it somewhere else if I can find it.

The staff at this store is friendly and helpful. If they see you looking around, they will ask if you need help so you never have to chase anyone down. I highly recommend this store.

Purchased 3 Quick Release Work Belts there that I like here and have then that I Purchased there with my Home Depot Credit Card There then. Like The Belt so far and recommend so far as such then.

Three different employees went out of their way to help me find things, retrieve a shopping cart from the parking lot and load mulch bags into my car.

Every employee at Home Depot in West Mifflin took my husband and I directly to the item that we wanted. That was extremely helpful. The cashier (Mary) showed me where the mulch was and had someone put it in our car. Thank you for the outstanding service.

I want to comment on one of your Store #4115 Mountain View Dr, West Mifflin, PA employees. I met and spoke to one of the female employees; Sandy as we were existing the restroom. A very small chat and congenial she was. I then proceeded to shop. As I approached to Self-Check Out line, Sandy was there. She then scanned my items for purchase. I had mentioned that I still had to do a Return of an item I had since the COVID-19 timeframe. She then said she would take the Return and do it for me since I had the receipt and item in the bag. She said by the time time completed my current check out purchase, she would be done as well with my return. I thought that was above and beyond on her part. I also had a cane and had been in the store for a length of time. Acknowledging there still are good people in the trying world.

Enjoyed Meeting The Cashier There Mary In Lawn In Garden While There. She Gave Me A $50.00 Discount While There For Opening A Home Depot Gift Card While There, That I Got Approved For There Then With Purchases Made While There. She Said Thank You Darren.... To Me Directly For Wearing A Mask While There Then, And She Was Honestly The First Person Here At Any Store Locally So Far That Came Out And Said Directly To Me Thank You For Wearing A Mask While There Then And That Made Me Feel Good While There, And She Was Very Nice Too There Then As Well Too. I Got Approved For The Credit Card While There With A $5,000 Credit Line That Will Help Also With Improving My Credit Score Here Then...That Is A Good Credit Score Already at 751 As I Know Of Presently Here. She Gave Me My Receipt Showing My Temporary Number With My Account Number Associated With Credit Card Approved On That I Got Approved For While There Then. She Said The Home Depot Credit t Card Would Take About 4 Days To Get To My Home Mailing Address Where I Live At Here Then In Elizabeth, PA By Regular U.S Mail To Be Sent To My Home Mailing Address Here Then With In 4 Days Here Then... As She Said It Would Be Sent To Here By Regular U.S Mail, By Mail For The Home Depot Credit Card That I Got Approved For. I Made Two Purchases While There For Two Grab Reacher's That They Had There For Grabbing Plastic Bottles With And Or Cans Where I Live At Here Then. The Two Grab Reacher's That They Had, I Saw Them There Then In The Lawn And Garden Area And Were Priced At $30.58 For Each One Of Them Then. With The $50.00 Discount For Getting Approved For The Home Depot Credit Card Then, And By Purchasing Two Of Them The Total Came To $11.94 For Both Of Them. This Amount Will Show Therefore On My Home Depot Credit Card Account That I Was Approved For While There Then. The Home Depot Credit Card Will Be Sent To My Home Mailing Address Here Then With In 4 Days... As She Said I Will Receive It Here Then By Regular U.S Mail Here Then Eventually Here Etc.

I only go to this Home Depot. It is not the closest to where I live, but I always find what I need, the employees are helpful, and the prices are good. I buy all my summer outdoor garden supplies, and storage crates. Next visit I need to buy a new garbage can.

In this time of social distancing, i decided to do an order over the phone for delivery. The sales associate was awesome and asked the correct questions to make sure i ordered the correct items. This was a very easy and simple transaction and it kept me totally away from other people.

Clean store, the staff are always the friendliest here, and the associates at the PRO desk really know their jobs well.
