Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

How long is The Home Depot Spring Deals sale?

The Home Depot Spring Deals sale is here to help you save even more. Save big on lawn and garden, including grills, as well as outdoor power equipment. That way, you'll be prepared to enjoy the greenery and beauty this season. Find low prices on tools and storage to kick off your spring cleaning and home repair projects early, before the heat of the summer hits. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 23rd through May 10th, so don't miss it!

Is it important to replace broken chimney caps?

Be certain your home is set for spring temperature swings by repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping. If water freezes in the cracks, you might be in for a headache. Check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On the outside of your home, examine shingles or metal roofs for damage that can let water seep in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to winter storms. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

Do you offer moving boxes?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.

Do I need a generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or hurricanes, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, remember that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.

Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

What's the project at the May Home Depot Kids Workshop?

Drop by our Kids Workshop on May 2nd, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last. It's time to assemble a keepsake box! Your little builder can put together their very own trinket holder — complete with a sliding lid. Remember to leave enough time to decorate your box with stickers!
