Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What's part of The Home Depot Spring Deals sale?

Another huge spring sale is here, so get ready to save. Whether you're doing spring cleaning and repairs with the latest tools or upgrading your home with new appliances, we've got what you need. Remember to check out our patio furniture, outdoor power equipment and lawn and garden bargains, too. Get great Spring Deals from 4/23/26 through 5/10/26 and enjoy your new products all year long.

How can I prep my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Be confident your home is equipped for spring temperature swings by replacing or repairing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. On the outside of your home, examine shingles or metal roofs for damage or rust that may let water in. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If water gets in the crevices, you might be dealing with damage.

What kinds of moving boxes do you carry?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Enjoy power in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.

Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.

When is the May Kids Workshop?

Stop by the Kids Workshop to encourage future craftspeople! Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this keepsake box. Constructing a box with a lid that slides on is a great way to exercise creativity, listening abilities, and fine motor skills. This fun kids' project is happening on May 2nd, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last.
