You do not have to be on camera. Connecting with us through Microsoft Teams will allow you to talk to your virtual design specialist and view your custom door and/or window design on your computer or mobile device before ordering.

No, you don't have to be on camera during your appointment. However, this will allow you to show the associate your window or door area, which may help them resolve your issue faster. You'll also be able to see product recommendations on your screen and watch them custom design a door or window solution in real time.
