On the box said "Made in Taiwan" so answer is "NO", Taiwan is not China.
The box is marked "Made in Taiwan" so yes, unfortunately, it has been farmed out like most things these days but mine seems to be well made and I think it will outlast me.

Is this one include laser?
Thank you for your question. The 5312 miter saw does not come with a laser, however we do offer an outer washer laser as an accessory (LS010) that can added to the 5312 miter saw.
No laser but an aftermarket is available. I bought the Oshlun LG-M01 on Amazon for $24.95. Works well but like all lasers is a bit hard to see in direct sunlight.
