What is the material of the mounting bracket? One photo looks to have an aluminum mount because it matches the aluminum tubes. The other photos show a white color mount. Note: I've had problems with powder coated mounts... they eventually rusted.

The best way is to go back to where you bought it and inquire if it can be purchased. If you bought it at Home Depot, you can go to any home depot to find out.

This item is good for taller people, my client is short & had a hard time getting up, the arms are to high up & not adjustable only the legs are

How much weight will these hand rails support?
Wife is at 325 and it is fine for her.
The specifications rate this product at 250lbs
My sister-in-law is a large woman and I don't think she could fit through if both sides are installed.
It is possible to use just one arm.
I would recommend using both sides for equal balance.
