Morgan Royal Cherry Storage Cabinet

This is a flat pack product that needs assembly. The veneer is thin and easily damaged, and the underlying "wood" is fairly low density chip board. BUT for the price it's decent and fits the bill for inexpensive storage. I was able to fix the minor damage caused by inadequate packaging and their use of FedEx delivery. The product was left on my porch, but hanging off the edge and outside the roof covering. Rain soaked the box but plastic wrap was able to keep the contents dry.

I ordered this cabinet for the main purpose of storing games and puzzles. It wasn’t hard to put together as long as you had two people. I know folks complained about the doors shutting evenly, but if you take your time and align things right, it all works well. It is the best materials, probably not, but it will work well for what I needed it for. I wanted something that was deep plus, it looks nice also with the rest of my cherry furniture in that room. For the price, I think it is worth it!

These cabinets were perfect for my built in. The price point was amazing.

It was easy to put together but the magnetic locks aren’t the best. I have 2 doors that will not stay shut because the magnet piece.

The box was a little beat up, but eveything inside was perfect! Very easy to assemble, all the pieces fit together very well! I would buy another South Shore product without hesitation!

The set-up directions were easy to understand. I had layed out each item for inventory. The size and color blends well with our kitchen.

I ordered two of these for a project, one showed up damaged, they conveniently came back to the job site picked it up, but by the time the second one came, we couldn’t assemble it right away or open the box. We don’t have the space until a bigger part of the project done. We really didn’t want to be done with the project then have to assemble more furniture, but it is what it is.. we just hope the second one’s not damaged. It went together pretty easy. It’s actually a pretty decent thickness of fake wood, but the biggest complaint and regret about buying these is the smell. Once you assemble that cabinet, it doesn’t matter how long you leave those door doors open to air out once you close them again to store something every time you open those doors you get a blast of what smells like toxic chemicals coming in your face. It’s such a shame because it actually is a decent unit.
