Hello: Thank you for your question. We apologize for your size not being able to be ordered online. The only solution we would suggest is to either order a 36 x 72 then take it to your local Home Depot to have cut down to your width (can cut up to 5" per side) or special order a Bali Essentials Cellular through Home Depot.
I know it can't be shortened but would it look funny if I just didn't pull it down to the full 72 inches. My window is 60" long.
Hello: Thank you for your question. When it is not fully extended, there will be a stack at the bottom of the excess material. You may choose to contact your local Home Depot to discuss special ordering a Bali Essentials shade at your 60" height.
Can these be mounted to a metal door with a window? Do I need special hardware?

We would suggest visiting your local hardware store for screws for metal; however, we would also suggest to contact the door manufacturer to be sure you do not void the warranty by drilling into it.
