Emergencies are only solved if someone is alerted they are happening. This emergency dialer sends an emergency voice message to pagers, cell phones, offices, authorities, relatives and friends. You can program it to call up to 9 phone/pager numbers and deliver a message up to 40 seconds long. Dials each number up to 9 times and repeats message to each number.

Does this dialer work like the alarm to scare The theft come in my house. Does this dialer Work by itself ? Or it need the hug to operate?
