Questions & Answers
The button which switches the flow from full flow to spray has become hard to push to change the flow. Sometimes the flow sticks halfway between full and spray. How can I correct this?
I have a double bowl kitchen sink and need a faucet that swivels from one side to the other. Does this faucet swivel from the base where it is attached to the counter or at the upper joint where the sprayer is?
Hello! Yes, the spout for this model will swivel between both sides of the sink. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Tim Digital Communications Specialist
In the “Product Details” it says the “Spout rotates 120°” but then in the “Specifications” it says “360 Degree Spout Swivel”. Are these 2 statements contradicting each other or are these two different features. Which is correct for this item?
Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! We apologize for any confusion! Our 4197-AR-DST spout rotates 360 degrees. We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! Best Regards, Kyra Digital Communications Specialist
The photo of brushed nickel looks gold. Is that accurate ?
Hi Wondering, Thank you for your question! No, the Arctic Stainless is not a gold type finish. It is much closer to that of stainless steel. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Tim Digital Communications Specialist
Is it spot resistant
Hi Delta, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The CASSIDY™ Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 4197-AR-DST is in our standard Arctic Stainless finish. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Kelley Digital Communications Specialist
Is there a magnet to retract the pull out handle?
No magnet, there's a conical grommet to fix the spay wand and a weight to draw ti back. A bit of force is needed to fully dock the wand.
Hi barb, thank you for your interest in the 4197-RB-DST! The faucet does not include a magnet. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Best Regards, Themar Digital Communications Specialist

Cassidy Gold Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet In Champagne Bronze
This Cassidy 1-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Champagne Bronze is the obvious choice for a timeless, traditionally-styled kitchen. Inspired by an 1800s ad for a Victorian corset, the bottom of the faucet is pulled in like a cinched corset, adding visual tension with elegant detailing. The Cassidy collection's classical design plays off of the hugely popular Victorian-esque architecture. Delta's exclusive DIAMOND seal technology uses a valve with a tough diamond coating to bring you a faucet built to last up to five million uses. Plus, it keeps water inside the faucet out of contact with potential metal contaminants. Who knew a faucet could be just as beautiful on the inside.
