Durango 28 in. Stainless Steel Propane Gas Fire Pit

The handle on the lid broke the first day we called Home Depot they called the manufactor they said they would send a new handle in two weeks ist been a month and still no handle

We got this to use outside at our wedding. So far we only tested it once. The directions were a little unclear...there's a part that is completely not listed at all in the instructions, but we think it is decorative to hide the propane tank? Anyway, I don't think it is going to put out a ton of heat, but it certainly makes a decent flame. Hopefully will be good for roasting marshmallows :)

No assembly to speak of - very nice. Emits pretty good amount of heat. Easy to move and ignite compared to some others I have seen. Really like this product!

This is perfect for our campsite. Really easy to use. We needed an alternative to wood for windy days - this provides a decent size flame and heat. No longer have everyone crowded on one side to avoid smoke or dodging sparks from the wood. Also, the only assembly is to attach the handle to the lid and add the rocks - really easy. Glad we have it!

It takes about 5 -10 minutes to unbox and install the handle, hook up the gas and enjoying. I have a semi enclosed porch approx 12 feet square open on 3 sides. We stared the pit and after about 15 minutes the porch was very comfortable. The outside temp was around 35 and we were wearing sweats, short sleeve shirts roasting marshmallows and hotdogs. It was great!

This gas fire pit may not be as good as sitting around a real wood fire, but it's about as close as you can get. The flames that were produced were of sufficient height to simulate a wood fire and the heat produced was the same if not more than a wood fire. A 20 lb. tank run on high flame lasts an adequate time. Only negative was that the plastic handle on the lid cracked and fell off the first time the lid was lifted off the pit. Would like to know how to obtain a replacement.
