14 in. Metal Hanging Basket with Biodegradable EcoLiner

The pots came very well packed. They are nice looking . I really like them. But be careful buying them-- they are big and need much soil and when they are wet after you watered the plant you'd better don't lift them-- they can be torn.

This hanging basket and liner handles our big Boston Fern perfectly. It looks great too! So far, it has held up nicely, although we have it under our eave.

After ordering one of these and seeing how great it looked in my garden, I have already made plans to accommodate at least 5 more! The basket has a great size, durability, and weight, and the chains are very sturdy. Lastly, the price is fantastic for a product that does what it says it will do.

First of all, I love coco liner wire baskets and my backyard has 14 of them loaded with flowers each spring through fall. But, as is true of that type of basket, you have to replace the liner every couple of years because they get thin and fall apart. So I was glad to see this heavier duty, look alike alternative come along. It's rough exterior has the same type appearance while the inside is smooth. It feels much like a cardboard type egg carton, just thicker. There is a half inch drain hole punched out at the bottom so it drains from the bottom and not the sides like the coco liners do. It's made from recycled paper about an eighth of an inch thick like standard card board, but much more dense. This is its first season so only time will tell how many it will last. I'm thinking it should last a little longer than the coco ones. Should it need replacing, I will probably have to do so with a coco liner since I'll want to reuse the wire basket. We'll see how many years it'll last, I'm guessing three or four, so I am giving it 4 stars for now.

Excellent value and very well made - it looks good too! The liner is biodegradable so it's easy to toss or add to your compost bin when the season is over.

I love this metal hanging basket. It is very large holding a big Boston Fern. It is light weight but sturdy and the chain was perfect for the location I wanted it to go. Plant is thriving well & I do not have to water as often due to the Eco liner fabric, holds moisture well. Yes, I would recommend to a friend & as soon as the weather turns warmer will be purchasing another one.

I couldn't believe that this lightweight basket and chain would hold the weight of soil and plants, but it was very easy to hang up in my patio. It's been in place for four months and has survived storms and strong gusts of wind. My plants are safe from my cat and garden pests and look just beautiful in this basket. I will buy more to add to my porch!

This basket it's very stylish for your plants and patio, and has a sturdy structure. The liner it's made superior to other similar products, it looks very good, you would never guess it's made of recycled paper. This is perfect for annual plants. Highly recommend

We live in an area where deer graze in our yard, and if we are not careful, we lose all our heirloom plants. I have starts off of my grandmother's and mother's plants and boy do deer love those old-time flowers and plants. So, I have taken to hanging them in hanging baskets to deer-proof them and keep them out of reach, not to mention keep my memories of those fragrant violets and pinks. This basket is perfect, and has a really sturdy biodegradable liner, which I popped inside an extra coconut liner that I had. It also has a drain in the bottom so watering is made easy and no water comes over the top of the basket. Excess drains out the bottom. The chains are long and clip on, making it handy to take down and put back up without damaging the plant or getting the chain twisted up. Love it. I'm getting a few more.
