will this blade cut aluminum?
It will cut aluminum, however the blade is made more for mild steel. We do sell an aluminum blade that will work on that saw. 14BLADEAL is the part number.
It shows a V block adaptor but the answers I see suggest it does not come with it?
Hi Mike, If you are referring to the S355CPS, then it does come with a vblock but not an adaptor

Will this saw cut through 5/8" galvonized threaded rods as easy as a Milwaukee deep cut bandsaw
Bet it will cut through galvanized rods, but just beware of the risks of cutting galvanized material, it does present a hazard.
None of our saws cut through any galvanized rods
I’m really shocked to see this answer from the company that made this amazing saw, from my experience, it should cut ANY galvanize coated steel! With Ease!! Galvanize is pretty much a paint job, just a very good and expensive one.. It Will cut it!

can this blade be used occasionally to cut wood?
To cut a 2x4 here and there wouldn’t hurt the saw, it would just be a slow and somewhat dirty cut on the wood.
I have not tried but if it can cut metal then most likely.
Yes but then you get saw dust in with your metal shavings.
I don't know why not -- but you might clean any "stuck" wood from blade.
