About This Product
The Weber Style poultry infusion roaster infuses moisture and flavor into your turkeys, chickens and other small birds. To use, simply pour your favorite beer, juice or win into the integrated cup and then place the infusing cone on top. The infusing cone holds the poultry upright, allowing the pan to capture juices that can be used for basting or gravy. Place the cap on top of the cone to be sure to lock in the steam inside the cavity for added moisture. The non-stick ceramic coated pieces of this roasting kit make for easy clean up in the dishwasher.

Bee, I have only used the roaster for a whole chicken of say 3.5 lbs in weight. I enjoy trying different infusion ingredients and use it often. I don't think it is big enough for a turkey.
can this be used on Weber Q2200?
Hello. Our poultry roaster will barely fit in the Weber Q2200, as there is about 7.125" of clearance between the cooking grate and the underside of the lid, and the poultry roaster is approximately 6.8" tall. Thanks!

Absolutely! Used it hundreds of times on my gas grill. Cleans up beautifully, too.

Of course. I roast chickens all winter. 325 -350 degrees for an hour to 1 1/2 hours depending on size and temp. Use a meat thermometer to be sure it cooks to at least 165 degrees in the thigh.
