Are these blades actuall 38" each? Or 19.38 or so each? I need blades for Huskee 13am660f131 My actual blade number is MTD 9420610A

Craftsman lawn tractor model #917.275350. What I understand about mulching is that, is that you need a mulching blade and, that a cover is needed so that the grass clippings are not discharged out the deck opening. This allowing the clippings to continue to get cut smaller before falling to the ground. I understand that there is a mulching kit for this 38" mower but, not having much luck locating one! If my understanding about mulching is correct, would it be possible to get some feedback or suggestions on where or how to obtain one! THANK YOU SO MUCH KENNEHT E BROWN
