Manufactured with specially formulated polyurethane and combined with fire retardants and UV inhibitors, NextStone insulated stone siding panels and accessories are cast from actual stone and rock patterns. Developed in 1997, the panels hold a US design patent and the unique manufacturing process gives NextStone products the most authentic faux stone siding look on the market today. NextStone siding panels can be easily installed at home with no formal training. The innovative panel has been designed to totally rid the need to hire masonry installers, professional siding installers or skilled laborers. Each of the easily managed, lightweight panels only weighs about 1 lbs./sq. ft. removing the need to pay for additional materials, equipment or labor. NextStone manufactures a quality exterior building product and can also be used as an interior decorative wall panel.

Yes it can, but the NextStone Panels must be able to connect correctly and securely at the finger joints and at the top screw flange. Some existing product can cause the Nextstone panels to push out not allowing them the sit properly. If this happens you will need to add addition screws for a tighter fit.
Yes certainly! They are available through the manufactures website: nextstone.com
Yes it can but be careful the colors are not what they say
Yes absolutely! The insulated board would work perfect as a backer board for the panels to attach to. Skirting is a popular use for the NextStone product!
Yes, it can be used as a trailer skirting.
It looks pretty good actually just be careful when you order you might want to get a sample colors are not what they say
This product does not feel like stone to the touch. It feels like foam. It does, however, have a fairly realistic stone appearance, enough so that many people have been surprised when we tell them it is not.
It looks like stone, even up close. However it does not feel like stone.
Yes Mortar can be added in the grout lines to bring the panels to have an even surface.
No I don't think so. The Faux Stone Siding Panel is a piece of garbage. It was breaking pieces off the edges before I even installed it on my house. After the installation, (last fall) it is warping and pealing away from the cement I attached it to. Do not buy this product.
Yes, thinly.... we are going to so it looks more like natural stone. We practiced on an extra piece.
Yes
Yes, the panels can be stacked.
Yes it can be but be careful the colors are not true to what they say
No, this product is not recommended for application over brick.
Most Certainly! Installing NextStone requires the panels and accessories to be screwed on any flush substrate. This application is no different than attaching the panels onto cement or cinder. Strong cement screws are needed is the only difference. Standard or Stainless Steal Tapcon screws are the most popular used. The use of Plywood or OSB board onto the cement then NextStone onto the board, is also a popular way of securing the panels.
