I bought the elongated versionfor my Kohler toilet. The plumber said Kohler toilet seats are not standard sizes and it was too short. Is there a way to adjust the elongated version to fit my Kohler toilet or is there a version made for Kohler toilets?
Hi, Our toilet seat is US standard type. It should fit if your toilet is US standard. I am guessing that your plumber install our toilet seat improperly. (hinge base should be detached and placed right) Very rarely some plumber installs our toilet seat improperly. Our hinge (hinge base) is already attached to the toilet seat but when plumber install it, he has to detach the hinge base first. If he doesn't detach the hinge, he will place the hinge upward 1.5", so when he install our seat, it looks shorter than toilet. Call me or email me again "sarah.kim@topseat.com". I will attach the photos ( wrong installation and correct installation). When he sees the photos, he will understand what went wrong. In the past, I helped this case. Is the dimension of 17.5” depth from the back of the hinges to front of lid, on the round seat option.
Elongated is 18.5" from t he center of the hinge to the longest length. Round is 16.5" length. They are US standard size. If you are not sure, you measure your toilet from the center of the hole to the end of toilet.
Will this cover fit a toilet with a bidet attachment?
Hi, I can't tell. You need to contact your bidet company whether their product is compatible or not.
Does it come in the elongated shape?

What is the color of the actual seat and the underside of the lid
The seat is white all over. The design is an acrylic topper. It’s very beautiful & colors on site are true.
What other colors?

The product doesn't come in other color than blue.
What color is the bottom seat? Can the bottom seat be changed to a different type (padded) or does the slow close hinge prevent that ability?
Everything other than the top is white. See photo.
The bottom is white. I'm honestly not sure if you can replace the bottom.
I doubt it can be changed unless it was another seat made by Topseat; not because of the slow-close but because the hinges actually snap together. They do have an email & phone and I'm sure they would be more than happy to see if they could help you. Their customer service is stellar.
The seat bottom is white. Check with the manufacturer about changing the bottom.. This is a SLOW closing top !!! Be patient! It's BeAuTiFuL, and we'll worth the "wait!"
Will this toilet seat be warmer than the usual toilet seats? I live where the temperatures go down to the 20s.
I think they longer you sit on it the warmer it will become.
It is thicker than most and will probably be slightly warmer...
