What is the warranty on this faucet? Does it have magnetic docking?
Lifetime warranty, but do not buy it. The hose will leak. It's made of the cheapest plastic I've ever seen. They'll send you a new hose, but it's not really worth it. Maybe if you're just trying to buy another 6-12 months with the faucet
Not really magnetic, just uses the weight on the supply hose to keep head in place. They have a lifetime warranty and do support the product. In four years I have had to replace the pull up supply hose due to leaks. Then another part started to leak and they sent me a complete new faucet. If you are a DYI type and can do the work yourself it’s just an inconvenience and in my case I was able to detect the leaks quickly and minimize damage. If I had to get a plumber to do the work I would be out about $200. The last leak could have been disastrous had I been out of town, I just got lucky. Customer support not bad, takes up to a couple weeks to get replacement parts but overall quality just isn’t there.

what position is for hot water?
down..cold is up and hot is down position..
When the handle is pulled down (toward you) hot water is dispensed When the handle is up and turned on cold water is dispensed.
The handle function for Pfister Deming model # F529-7DMGS pulls out to open and then forward starting on cold and down for hot.
Pull the handle towards you. That's hot , move it back till you achieve the desired temperature your looking for

I have this installed for my double sink (in granite) but without the deckplate. There is no room for the deckplate in my configuration. No matter how hard we tighten it gets loose at the base very frequently. The installation that came with the faucet did not indicate a need for any additional product to hold the seal, but we have tried to fix with silicone and it just won't work, it keeps getting loose within a day or two. Why does it keep getting loose?

I'm having the same problem. I was waiting for my contractor to come back and tighten it.
After changing our old one out which had a side soap dispenser and a side sprayer, now i have a hole that is empty not being used.
The matching soap dispenser #950-304GS for Pfister Deming model #F-529-7DMGS may need to be special ordered through a local Home Depot's special order counter if not available online.

Can I order a replacement soap dispenser setup? Mine I was broken when someone tossed something in the sink and it bounced up and broke off the dispense.
Pfister has lifetime warranty on their products. Go online to pfisterfaucets.com and go to support. You will need to know your purchase information to file a claim. They have been great in my experience. I have two kitchens in my home. The completely replaced one faucet that started leaking with a new model since that one was no longer available.
