Royal Bulb 1-Light Solar Lamp Post Light Set, Outdoor Weather Resistant Dusk to Dawn LED w/ Bulb and Post Included

The pole on my gamma sonice pole light has about 4 joints and put together easy and otherwise pleased except! The weigh of the light is such that the pole will never maintain a straight 90 degree look because with all the joints in the pole the joints are just lose enough to cause lean or a less than 90 degree look. At most there should only be one joint!!!

I bought this, knowing it would be a little short, so I mounted it to a fiberglass planter turned upside down and placed on a raised portion of a flower bed. Turns out beautiful!

Easy assembly, installed in about 30 minutes. On low setting light gives out plenty of light for our area and lasts all night. Well worth the money.

This light has definately upgraded our curb appeal. We are going for that Thomas Kincaid cottage look and this light is perfect! Very easy to install. Buy the installation kit. You'll be glad you did.

I think indisputable that this is the best solar lamp post out there! Its really gorgeous! And the light is strong enough to light up the surrounding area. However, you better make sure you have all the parts immediately! Should you make the mistake I did and assemble and install with any missing part and water infiltrates as a result, they will NOT cover that under warranty! Otherwise a great product! That's why I gave it 3 stars!

I love the color and style of this lamp post. The light is bright and just what I was looking for. The only negative is the price. The lamp is actually plastic, not glass. That was a disappointment. However, it is attractive.

The lamp was easy to assemble and simple to mount. The economy setting on power usage is an excellent feature. The construction is of quality materials. I was impressed with the brilliance the lamp produced even until daybreak. I purchased two lamps and I am very pleased with the appearance and performance

It is beautiful....a wonderful addition to our new deck!

This is a gorgeous lamp for lighting walkways, driveways, sidewalks, anywhere you need a lot of light from dusk to dawn, but can't run wiring to it, or simply do not want to run wiring. The styling is eye catching. It looks antique, yet you can tell it's a modern lamp. I love the delicate overhang and the large bulb guard/shroud. This has a textured black finish. The entire pole assembly is metal, no plastic to crack or fade. The solar panel is glass (so that it doesn't fog) and the bulb shroud is clear plastic for safety. I love that it's 8 feet tall. So many lights are much shorter and this one towers over them all and casts a strong glow all around. This is no mediocre solar light at all. This draws attention and says "I'm not some cheap wonky solar light you just stick in the ground". Assembly: Assembly is easy and takes five minutes, you'll need a phillips screwdriver, that's it. Three screws hold the base to the first riser and then all other risers just thread down onto each other. The lamp head itself is fully assembled. Install: Pick your spot and place the light anywhere you want that it will get full sun to charge the battery pack. This can be installed on concrete or wood with the included anchors and it can also be installed to solid ground with proper ground anchors (ground anchors not included). I installed mine to the ground with proper anchors. A drilling pattern is included so that you can secure the anchors and drill in the correct places. Depending on the surface, site install will take 15-30 minutes. Light Output: You have two light settings, high and low. This gives off a LOT of light on high. You can read by it from ten feet away and it lights up an area easily to 20 feet out and casts a soft glow. This is not a bright searing white, it's more like a yellowish soft bulb, similar to candle flame color. This will not anger the neighbors, it's a very cool calm color. On low, it's more than enough to light a sidewalk or pathway for walking in the dark. LED Bulb: This has a crystal clear bulb and bulb shield. It looks like a conventional bulb from a distance but when you get close you can see the LED diodes inside. It's an ingenious design. Runtime: On the high setting this lasted all night long, from dusk at 7pm to just after 6am. So far it gathers enough light on a sunny day to run all evening. Low setting will of course conserve power for the seasons where sunlight is more scarce. Overall: Overall I'd highly recommend this solar lamp. It's so unique. You can rest assured that this will stand out and look great in your yard. Also, it's highly functional and the light lasts all evening. Providing the security you want without looking utilitarian. I'd like to get about six to light my entire 120 foot sidewalk for a really enchanting look at night.

I was a little apprehensive when getting a solar powered lamp post. I was concerned that it wouldn't put out enough light. But this post puts off just enough light. It's made out of aluminum so it will never rust. And it was very easy to put together. The sections screw together. It was a little tricky making sure you don't cross thread them but just take your time. You also have to make sure the bolts that come up out of the cement base don't stick out to far or the caps won't stay on. Some solar products have sealed systems so after a few years you throw the whole thing away. But not this one. The bulb and battery can be replaced. And it looks great very, very nice looking. Everyone admires how nice it looks. I did notice that the base was scratched and they touched it up with black paint.
