The inside pockets of mine are starting to fall apart and i was wondering what Klein or Home Depot could do for me

Is this backpack water resistant?
Yes
Yes, it is water resistant.
With all the pockets full of hand tools, meters, etc. will a 20v dewalt impact or hammer drill still fit in the backpack
It depends upon how full you are filling the pockets. There is a small area at the very bottom that a power tool can be placed, however if the pockets are all at their max, it will be a tight fit and may not close.
It won't even come close to fitting.
Is this backpack really twice as wide as the other Klein backpacks
Width is the same. Tool pockets are the same amount also.
