THE SPECS INDICATE THAT IT IS A 1/2 IN. WATER SUPPLY LINE INCLUDED . IT LOOKS LIKE A 3/8 IN. SUPPLY. NOT SURE IF THIS WOULD BE SUFFICIENT GPM TO FILL TUB ADAQUATELY. ? I HAVE TO USE A RUDUCER TO CONNECT , NOT SURE IF I WANT TO PROCEED.?

What kind of rough in would I need
Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. The bathtub filler connects directly to the hot and cold water lines. There is a temperature control valve built into the unit, to mix the hot and cold water. A rough in valve is not required. Kind regards, Support.
