I have bought 3 propane tanks and after using they have all safety locked. What is the solution to this? Is something on the grill loose? Or not connected correctly?

Can this grill be turned on without the batteries? Is there an alternative to starting the fire?
Yes the grill will come with a lighting rod. It is a wire attached with a chain to the inside cabinet. You can use the wire attach a match to it and lower it to the burners. You can also use a fireplace lighter to light the burner with an external flame.
Is the glass on the door okay to be outside in the winter? Under a cover of course. My husband doesn’t put the grill away since we use it all year. This grill looks awesome but don’t want to get it for him if it won’t do well in our NE weather!
Yes it is safe to store outside during the winter.
Can the side table on the left (without the burner) be removed?
Yes, but a safe distance from anything combustible still needs to be maintained on all sides of the grill.
Does this grill come with a LP gas regulator?
Yea it does.
I just assembled my grill and after inserting the batteries, all of the LED lights are on. Do these lights stay on all of the time? I don't see any way of turning them off. Thanks.
There is a black switch on the right side of the control panel that turns them on and off.
How do you recommend cleaning the cooking grease off of the glass
Grill needs to be off, and completely cooled down, Standard Oven Cleaner can be used, but make sure it is safe for glass, or if you prefer something more organic a mixture ofWater, Baking Soda and White Vinegar can be used. Mix Baking Soda, Vinegar, Water in equal parts, mix to a paste, apply to the BBQ glass using a non-abrasive pad. Let it sit for a few minutes, then wipe away the paste with a damp cloth.
