How to install this handle on cabinet door?
Drill two holes exactly 5 inches apart, place screw through hole & tighten. This can be installed horizontally, vertically or diagonally.

Can I use only 2 screws instead of 4?
Yes, you can, it is actually preferred. The handles come with two screws only.
