Hi, I have my desk for about one month. You don’t need to disassemble the desk to adjust to the desired height, you can manually adjusted at any time multiples times during your day to use it as a regular desk or a stand up desk.
No. Once you assemble which is easy, you just easily crank to the height you want. You can put the handle in the right or left side of the table. You can also pull the crank out when your done raising.
