Questions & Answers
What is the distance from seat to top of arm rest? I bought some and the arm rests are way too low, you have to slouch to use them. I don't see this measurement anywhere on your listing.
Thank you for reaching out! The distance from seat to arm rest is 8 1/2 ". For any other concerns regarding your order, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at weborders@amisco.com.
Also- what are the seat dimensions. Both look to be incorrect. It cannot be 29 inches for entire chair is not that wide. Thanks
Hi! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The listing contains an error. The Seat Width is 18.1/8 inches. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused!
What is the depth of the seat? It states 16. something. However, compared to other chairs you make I think that is the width at the back of the seat and not the diameter from the front to the back of the seat.
Thank you for reaching out. The depth of the seat is 16.5 inches compared to the full product that has a depth of 21 inches.
Would these chairs be ok to use on a covered back porch where they are not exposed to sun and rain? I do live where it is hot and humid, so are they rust resistant?
Hi, Thank you for your interest in our products! Amisco products are designed and made only for indoor residential use. With the outdoor humidity, it could reduce the product lifetime. The 10 year warranty on welding and metal structure only apply for a normal use and under the conditions for which the products are designed.
Does the cream color resist stains or does it need a fabric protector?
Hi, For any fabric, we recommend that after a spill, blot immediately the spilled liquid. To remove soil on polyurethane and PVC coverings, use a soft cloth and mild soapy water, or all purpose cleaner. If you wish to add a fabric protection spray, we recommend to test it on a small inconspicuous area before proceeding. Do not use solvant. Some foods may stain white and light-colored PVC or polyurethane upholstery coverings. Clean any food spills immediately to prevent permanent stains. Blue-jean dye can transfer from jeans onto white and light-colored PVC or polyurethane with contact, even after several washings of the jeans. Clean blue jean dye marks with isopropyl rubbing alcohol.
Does this chair recline at all?
Hi, No, this chair do not recline. Thank you
What is the height of the arms? The underside of my counter top is 34" and I want the chair to slide under the counter top.
Hi. Armrest height is 34.5 inches. Thanks!
what is the height of the arm rests please? (ie will they fit under counter?)
Hi, Armrest height is 34.5 inches. Thanks
Not exactly sure. We ordered 5 and only 2 fit with the caps on under the counter. We returned all of them. We have almost 35 inches under our counter.
