I already have holes in my dresser drawers. And the Philip's head doesnt seem to work. Do I still need a drill to install?

Do you need a drill to install these or just a Philips head screwdriver?

The other size I saw was the Liberty Classic Square 1-1/9 in. (28 mm) Soft Iron Cabinet Knob. Model # P37502C-SI-CP

I ordered a bunch of these, and they all came with only one screw, not two as the listing describes. Which is correct?

Mine all had 1screw, which is all thats needed. I don't know why each knob would require 2 screws.
