Is the Height dimension the distance to the top of platform at full height or is it to the top of the handles?
Is there a locking mechanism for when the table is lifted?
Thank you for your inquiry. This table does have a mechanism in place for when the table is lifted. To lower the table the release lever has to be pulled out fully.
