It will not. It is made to work with 1/2 inch NPT.

No. We do not make a slip-on version of this tub spout.
Is this front or rear connection?
It is a threaded connection that is more toward the front of the tub spout. If you click on the installation guide PDF in the additional resources section you will see a transparent diagram showing where the connection is made inside the tube.
do you have a product version to fit a 3/4" x 3/4" brass threaded stub? If so, where can I buy it?
We do not. All of our tubs pouts are 1/2".
Will this screw onto a RP12307 adapter?
We do not test our products with other manufacturers parts but as long as it is 1/2" NPT it should work with any adapter.
Is this a slip fit
It is not. It is a thread on installation.
Does this come in 5 1/2” Also does it screw on or just slide on?
This is a thread on tub spout. Also it does not come in 5 1/2" 7" is the one size that it comes it.
