I have a R120 Valve on an Older Tub/Shower that I'd like to Update to a Newer Trim in a Gold Tone. What Trims are Available that fit my Valve?

To use our current TU pressure balance trim kits you would need to change the cartridge that came with your R120 to the A954440-0070A cartridge. The new trim kits will come with a cartridge that you will not use as you have an older valve. What valve do I need to install the Delancey Pressure Balancing Bath and Shower Trim Kit?

Please tell me how to MacGyver this trim kit (Delancey) to an older (2005) R110 AS shower/tub valve & cartridge; I refuse to believe that no one hasn't already done this or not have some kind of adapter; is it just a matter of handle fitting to stem?
the BDC, Thank you for reaching out to American Standard. If your escutcheon screws are in the 10-2 position you would need to change the valve in the wall. If they are in the 10-5 position then you have the correct cartridge and pressure balancing unit already installed that will accept the Delancey model.
