Questions & Answers
Some of your measurements show a depth of 113.4 and in the specs shows 117.5 So what is the exact depts from wall to front support mounts? I only have a depth of 113 inch's on my deck to mount this!
Hello Robert, The 117.5"(in) is the exterior roof depth. The 113.4"(in) is the outside post to outside post depth. The measurement you're looking for is the 113.4"(in), outside post to outside post depth. For SOJAG inquiries, please call 1-866-901-1649. Thank you
Do the roof panels let in any light when the roof is extended
Hello Tari, When the roof is fully closed, outside light will not be let in from the roof. Please note that the Gazebo sides are opened where light will most certainly enter. Could the units be made to be free standing?
Hello, We recommend anchoring this wall-mounted gazebo to a wall as instructed in the assembly guide. We also caution anchoring the gazebo to bricks or pavers not permanently affixed to the ground. If this unit is not properly anchored to the ground and a wall, it could become a hazard in high wind conditions. Feel free to contact us at 1-866-901-1649 or by email at sojag.info@shelterlogic.com for any additional information and we will be happy to help you. Thank you for your interest in SOJAG products and have a great day!
What are the dimension of the "A" support poles?
Hi Russ! Since the roof is slanted, the posts are shorter in the front. The height of the front posts is 79 inches and the back posts it 92 1/2 inches. The minimum entry height is 7.05 inches. Feel free to contact us at 1-866-901-1649 or by email at sojag.info@shelterlogic.com for any additional information and we will be happy to help you. Thank you for your interest in Sojag products and have a great day!
