Can I replaced a leaking/noisy valve with a universal pressure balance replacement cartridge? If not what are some replacement options. Purchased Dec 2022
Hi Roberto, We don't think the universal cartridge will work on the valve. We have the replacement cartridge available. Please contact our customer service at support@luxierusa.com with your order information and one of our representatives will assist you with the replacement cartridge. Thank you. Luxier
What kind of material is the shower head and the handle plate?
The shower head is made of plastic with some metal parts. The handle and the face plate is made of metal.
Is the valve and valve trim available separately? I'd like to use a different style shower arm & head.
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the valve and trims are sold as a kit only.
