Can water pass through this? I hoped to lay it on top of the water in my in-ground swimming pool, and place a porous stretch cover over it for the winter. Is this tarp impermeable? Will it keep the swimming pool water from seeping up and through?
The tarp is waterproof, I would recommend putting a air pillow under the tarp to avoid getting the tarp submerged
