Claremont 40 in. Rustic Wood Bench with Lower Storage Shelf, Natural Wood Grain with Light and Dark Brown Finish

A very nice bench with a bold and minimalist design. Looks great in our entryway, and it's nice to have the lower shelf for shoes (or baskets to store whatever else we may need). It feels very sturdy, and I like that that feet are adjustable so it never wobbles on an uneven floor. The assembly was not too difficult - though it was a little tricky to thread some of the bolts correctly - and it came together very quickly.

This rustic wood bench is stunning in character. The wood grain finish has the perfect rough sawn look but yet its perfectly smooth to the touch. Assembly took about 30 minutes from start to finish. All holes aligned properly and all pieces required were included for a smooth assembly. I did notice upon unwrapping that the wood, there was a strong varnish odor as if it was recently stained. I left it outside for a few hours before bringing into the house and odor had dissipated. Bench is very sturdy and because of it's design, it can be used as a standard bench or even a nice coffee table. Very pleased with this product!

We bought this bench to add to the seating for our table. It is sturdy, pretty, and has a place for storage underneath. We placed our dog bed on it, as she loves to be under the table while we eat. It is perfect!
