Are the shutters painted/wrapped or is the color they come in the color of the vinyl itself? Is you cut it, is the color all the way through?

Are these vinyl shutters a louver style

Yes, vinyl shutters come with both metal screws and vinyl shutter loks for installation
What type of fasteners are needed for application and how many per each board needed?
Thank you for your interest in our product. The shutters will come with both shutter fasteners and screws, the preference on which to use is yours. Based on the length of the shutter you will receive 12 of each. We recommend 6 fasteners per shutter. The top two will be installed under the first batten, then the next two directly above the middle batten and the remaining two directly above the bottom batten. Do these come in 12" width?

Do these come in an 18" width?
Thank you for your interest in our product. We do offer a custom width of 17.5 wide. However, the shutter would be 5 boards instead of 4 boards. For assistance with a custom shutter order you will need to visit your local Home Depot store.
