[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great more for a great price. Came delivered completely assembled, only had to connect the battery. All fluids were full, just open the crate (driver said most are delivered uncrated, guess I got lucky🤣) connect the battery, add gas and start mowing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent mower that is more than capable to handle my 3 acres of moderately rough terrain... after I swapped the rear tires with something grippier. Those stock tires are too slick. I also wish it was quieter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent choice! Outstanding performance. This is my 2nd Troy-bilt Tractor purchase, my first one (pony) lasted 12 years and probably still has several years left but it was time for an upgrade.

I have been thinking about submitting a review about my experience with my Troy Bilt for a while, just now taking the time and I don't normally do this. I just felt so strongly about it. I have been mowing my 1.5 acre yard and 2 acre field as well as my in-laws 1 acre yard and 2 acre field for 6 years. I also pull my dump cart loaded with 3 or 4 of my grandchildren over our rough fields. Before I bought mine 6 years ago I was looking for the Toro Garden Tractor, which to my dismay had been discontinued, when I found this Troy Bilt Super Bronco XP that spec'd out very close to the Toro and was also about $500 cheaper than the Toro at that time. I realize that MTD makes most of the mowers but at least there are different specs for each brand they manufacture. I do not need or want a zero turn, I just prfer this tractor type. I bought the Super Bronco XP with the 50 inch deck and 24 HP V-Twin Kohler and got a free dump cart for $1,799.00 with my military discount in March 2015. My mower now has 1,990 hours on it. I perform general maintenance and the mower has never failed to start, I replace the battery when I feel it is near end of life. Nothing has broken other than something that was my fault, I hit a hidden chunk of concrete block and cracked a spindle, which was relatively cheap and easy to replace. I also added led headlights 3 years ago with no electrical modifications, they work great and are very bright with plenty of light to mow after dark if needed, and I do. I am not gentle with this thing, I literally beat it to death when I use it. So much power. I could not be more pleased. I bought mine at the “other big box store”, I had the name here but this review was rejected because I named the “L” store, when they carried this model. I know mine won't last forever so I recently decided that since mine has done so well I would buy another one just like it. I see that only the 54 inch deck is available in this model at Home Depot and the price has increased significantly but I can deal with that. One of the first things I check when I look for a riding mower is the rear wheels, if the rear wheels don't bolt on I totally disregard it and keep looking, no key in the rear axle for the wheels for me. My father and I tried to remove a keyed rear wheel on his John Deere riding mowers axle and it was a nightmare. I have to admit that there was a time when I avoided Kohler motors but the motor on this mower has really impressed me. This mower has exceeded all my expectations. Just can't beat it for the price and it has been worth every penny. I hope this review helps. I just felt that I have had such good results that I should share the info. I almost always read the reviews before I buy anything, usually the reviews I read are a tie breaker for me.
