I see multiple pictures where their's has the bin but mine only came with the charging station and no big bin. Why? It was $400.

Are you looking for the bin (or Dock) that is part of the charging station for auto empty? If so, the Roomba Combo i5+ is needed (i557020 instead of i517020) If you are looking for the bin to use for mopping...it should already be attached to the robot.

They made it confusing. They both come with batteries, the difference between them is the model. “Charger and Docking Station” refers to the Roomba I5; “Battery and Docking Station” is referring to the Roomba J5. I5 vs J5 model. Hope this helps

It doesn't do what us supposed to do
I bought this product a few years ago. I bought this specifically because it was supposed to avoid "obstacles" and pet messes. It never has avoided the messes. It goes through it causing me more cleaning than need be. I had moved recently making my elder cat bot use her box, and at least once a week, I have to thoroughly clean the robot and shampoo the carpets and clean the floors throughout the house since I don't notice until I get home after work. This is my my replacement since it has done it before to a point of not charging or running. The feces gets stuck in the tires which are impossible to clean. So it smells like literal crap every time it runs. I do the maintenance and change everything as I should, but it's higher maintenance than doing it the old way. Avoid this contraption if you are intrigued because it avoids messes.

Not up to expectations.
I have a Siberian Husky that sheds constantly. I bought the irobot to stay ahead of the fluff "glitter". It doesn't pick up haor in the one room that I need it the most (see attached picture). Also it is not able to cross the threshold into the master bedroom. It is helpful for other rooms but not what I expected performance wise.

Great product.
It works very well. It really helps keep the floor clean. Moping function is not like real mopping. It just helps maintain floor in a recently-mopped condition. We are very satisfied with it and highly recommend it.

I LOVE this Vacuum (YOU will to).
This product works AWESOME, I have had products like this (Sam###g) and they worked, BUT they never avoided objects (we had a dog that was getting up in age and occasionally had accidents in the house what a mess) those could not be controlled anything like this or go to a specific area you need to clean and finds the docking station every time and empties into the storage bag. The biggest thing I noticed was around my dining room table and all the chairs WITHOUT bang bang bang trying to navigate around all the chairs it senses them and actually cleans around everything. IT ALSO gives me suggestions for cleaning areas and when it's shedding season and in AZ dust is always a problem. Another great feature is my ability to set up "NO GO ZONES" the vacuum listens and learns ALL the rooms in our house. I still have 2 dogs and a cat and this vacuum is AMAZING and keeps all my floors (hardwood & carpet) looking and feeling great and the pet hair cleaned up!!! Plus ANY charging cords or plug inn cords this vacuum has NEVER pulled one in or been a problem. I 100% recommend anyone getting this you won't be disappointed !!!

We have an Umbrella Cockatoo in the house. This breed creates a lot of dander. I own two J5's and a M6 mop robot. They work great together to vacuum and mop the floors. The bird thinks they are alive and pitches food down to them as they pass her cage and ring stand.

Good enough!
It's a good little machine, but the suction isn't stellar. Even the one of the Self-Empty base isn't very good. I have a Roomba for my Birds to pick up stray seeds that fell out, and it often misses some, and on the self empty base- most seeds stay behind inside the Roomba-Canister. I also do not like, that you can not set roomba to do criss cross vacuuming like another Brand I know. Meaning, setting it for an extra thorough clean, where it first goes the room lengthwise and a second round side to side. The only thing that made me decide for the Roomba after trying that other Brand is, the app works really well. You can set different schedules for different days and Roomba works well with Alexa, and notifies you of any issues or completed jobs. The other Brand, with a unstable, constantly crashing app, not working well with Alexa and most of all the very limited scheduling capabilities- had phenomenal mapping and exceptional cleaning capability and no vaccume bag needed (Hepa Filter with removable easy dump cannister on the charging Station. BUT not having a good app, limited scheduling capability would have made it a little less useful and more of a headache in the long run. So I decided for the Roomba. It does take amusing pictures and I still love and enjoy my little Roomba. Maybe my CON's will be PRO's down the Road when those things are improved and I will certainly opt for that newer Generation. Til then my little guy will be good enough, just not perfect yet- overall still a good little Robot to have.

Wish I had the new one that detects dog poo
I loved my Shark. We have 90% luxury vinyl plank and 10% carpet. We have a dog and live in the country where we bring in fine dirt on our shoes. The Shark worked great for us. It was scheduled to come in every day and it ran for hours. We had it empty every 30 minutes, charge, and keep going. Our dog never has accidents.....until one day in September. My husband was outside blowing leaves and our dog was inside. She pooped on a rug that was under our kitchen table. The Shark ran over the poop, dragged it around, and I'm guessing it tried to empty at least twice. It was not a pretty site or smell. We shared our story and pictures with family at Thanksgiving and everyone had a great laugh. We had to throw everything away, but plan to purchase a new one once we save money.

Very bad
Dropped the communication and not able to connect the server for a month with the iRobot app, both in iOS as well as Android Device Tech team escalated next level but no one contacted. Escalation team not responding as needed.
