Gio 36 in. 12-Lights Oil Rubbed Bronze Iron Classic Industrial Ring LED Chandelier

Our prior chandelier was way too small for our 10-foot-wide dining area. This 3-footer will be the right scale for the area. I like that the lights are LED and will have an extra-long life. Even though this fixture is 36" in diameter, it doesn't have an overpowering bulkiness. We also like that it fits in with our rustic style, though it also will fit with a modern, trendy decor.

Looks nice but that's about where it ends. We got this light and we were really excited about it. I mistakenly took down my old chandelier that was bout 20 feet in the air (no small task) and then began to assemble this one. I should have made sure all the parts were present and working before dismantling my old light because it soon became apparent that one of the rods that attaches to the center mounting thing was damaged. It looked like whoever or whatever threaded the end hook onto the rod end didn't screw it in far enough and so when there was the slightest bit of pressure, the rod end came apart and damaged the threads. I tried for a long time to get the threaded end out and replaced but in the end I had to drill the threads out and attempt to find a replacement coupling. In doing all of this I damaged the paint so I was forced to seek out a replacement rod. I contacted the company for a replacement, initially through the chat feature which I thought would be the fastest but it turns out that the chat feature is not used and nobody responded. Then I went to email and unfortunately I was unable to prove that I got this and from where despite pictures of the chandelier. So I was left with my semi damaged, partially spray painted rod in what was actually a pretty good looking chandelier. Install was a pain but in the end it looks good and you cant really tell that I spray painted one of the rods. Also, keep in mind the bulbs they send with the light are really yellow so we had to replace them with normal warm white light bulbs but again, it looks great with those. In conclusion, I had an issue that I tried to resolve with the chat (clearly they don't actually use that) and also by email and I failed. Quality control is perhaps a little lacking as is customer service but if you don't need any of those things then I think you will be in luck and have a good looking chandelier.
