Can the grates be put in the dishwasher?
The grates on this cooktop are made of cast iron. While some cast iron can be washed in the dishwasher, it's generally not recommended as it can lead to rusting and damage over time. Hand washing with mild dish soap and warm water is the best way to clean and maintain your cast iron grates.
What downdraft is designed to work with this cooktop? I don't think I can stand to cook without one.

How does the Dura snow finish differ in appearance from the regular stainless steel finish? Is it possible to purchase gold finish replacement knobs for the standard stainless steel finish 36? range top?
Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us! The DuraSnow finish is a multi-directional finish and is not as reflective as Stainless Steel. Gold knobs are not able to be purchased as an accessory at this time, but this range top is available in stainless steel with gold accents and the model number is, RTZ-36-G. Can I get this with matching knobs instead of gold?
