32 cu. ft. Capacity Chip-N-Vac 26 Bushel

I deliberated for several years about investing in this unit. The price is considerable but now having had the opportunity to purchase and use, I am really happy with this Chip-N-Vac. I pull this with my Craftsman T260 mower. I added to the mower an extended dual hitch to allow me to have a tool basket while hitched up to the Chip-N-Vac. The extention allows for tighter turns. Modifying the mower deck attachment to fit to the mower deck was not hard and there are plenty of user videos (from Agri-Fab and others). I was able to carefully cut it to fit and I used the braces and bolts supplied for the pallet the unit was mounted to for shipping (good reuse). The manual was very clear to allow for seamless assembly (also some online videos to help). I also purchased the 12' extension hose with hand nozzle. I keep in my tool basket a battery op socket gun to change out quickly when needed or also for disconnecting when the hoses get clogged. The suction is excellent, does not clog too often and easy to remedy if it does. The chipper does well also, takes up to 2 inch branches and is very handy when dealing with mixed leaves and branches. Pull start works nicely, not many tries to get started (one or two pulls, often only one). When you look behind you as you are driving it is nice to know it is all getting vacuumed up, nice clean grass. To remove the leaves from the box, it is very easy to open (Two top tabs swing outward and two bottom point with cotter pins and the back of the unit is off. I rake out the leaves (I'm amazed at how many leaves can be packed in this 26 cu ft container. I love that you can tip it back to dump when needed. At some points you still need to do some raking but it is much less than you did in the seasons without this unit. Overall this has been one of the best large item purchases that I have made in the past few years. I highly recommend it to someone looking to do less overall raking of leaves, chipping branches. It is a robust, well-built, easy to operate, easy to maintain lawn vacuum and wood chipper. 5 out of 5 stars.

I bought this unit about two weeks ago and first thing I noticed was that the engine is wobbling side and side when in use. This is causing the vinyl boot at top of shoot to over flex causing a wear ripe in boot. Tongue is heavy to lift.

Absolutely love this attachment. Picks up everything...tossed my lawn sweeper !!! Love this attachment!!

This is a very capable and easy to use machine! Well built and sturdy components make this a quality addition to any lawn care equipment.

Making my own wood chips for the flower bed is awesome - Much more fun than burning the tree limbs. And vacuuming leaves and grass to till into the garden is free fertilizer!!!!
